I am writing in regards to our Chrysler Sebring (Daniel Hoffmann) that I've picked up earlier today.
Thank you for all your help getting our car back on the road. It has been an incredibly frustrating and stressful week for us and having this problem fixed quickly and efficiently has made it far less stressful. Also, a massive thank you for vacuuming the inside, and cleaning the entire outside of our car as well. It was totally unexpected and has certainly made my day. Working in customer service myself, I know how rare it is for customers/previous customers to take the time to praise the service they receive and would like my compliments passed on to all involved. Thank you again.

Hi Paul,
I am emailing you (as you are really our only contact at ACDJ) regarding our recent experience we had with our latest service. You have been very helpful with so not so good times, and I felt it just and fair that we share a positive one with you!
Firstly, my sincere apologies that it has taken me so long to send this. I have had this email open since the service last week, and had a major event over the weekend, and have just been flat out. I received a call from the lovely Frances this morning, which triggered my mind and I realised I still hadn’t sent it. Paul could you send this on to the powers that be? I am happy for Sarah to know it’s me etc, no issue regarding privacy.
I booked our Dodge Journey in for its 12,000 service last week, Rick dropped the car off very early as I understand it was a busy day. Sarah rang me around 11am to advise that the car was ready for collection, so I proceeded to collect.
What a refreshing and wonderful surprise she was! Can I say, that whomever had the wisdom to hire her deserves a medal. She is exactly what the dealership needed, and made the whole normally boring service experience (for me) quite delightful! She was warm, VERY friendly and went out of her way to do what she could. They were trying to figure out how to process the salary packaging charge card for the payment, and this was causing a few headaches for them (and we always feel bad for them as this always seems to cause confusion), so we had an opportunity to chat. She is wonderful. I would really appreciate it if you would be kind enough to commend Sarah on her ‘presence’ and wonderful customer service.
If you have a staff award for customer service, I would be proud to back it if Sarah is nominated.
I am a happy customer, who is now looking forward to dropping off our car to be serviced! At from a woman, that’s saying something!

Hi Paul,
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the members of Jeep staff, who helped me to pull of Vicki’s surprise smoothly on Saturday.
It went so well thanks to the support and patience of them all. (Vicki very nearly flooded the showroom with her glass of water, she was shaking so much).
The thought to put the Adelaide City number plate over hers was a brilliant touch, and totally threw her.
She was showing some friends that that was the car she had been looking at, and was oblivious that it was in fact hers.
